Directory role

Hookpid publishes advertising and directory information. We are not a party to communications, payments, meetings, promises or private arrangements between users and advertisers.

Advertisers are responsible for information they submit. Reviews must describe genuine personal experiences and may be moderated, rejected or removed. Hookpid may edit formatting without changing meaning and may suspend content while investigating a report.

Intellectual property and images

Users may upload only material they are authorised to use. Content may be removed following a credible ownership, impersonation or privacy complaint.

Availability and limitation

The website and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms and website features when necessary. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their displayed effective date.
